Well, looks like my anime craze has made a full comeback.

Ah, oh-lovely weekends, you are absolutely the light of my life... *Cough!* Ahem, I think uh, having too many papers and studying so intensively for long periods non-stop does funny things to your mind. I mean honestly, there is seriously something very wrong when you see your boiling soup bubbling in the pot and you start to imagine those intermolecular bonds breaking up...

And I'm gonna fail my mid-year examinations. *runs off to the Corner of Woe to wail* Oh, my heart will absolutely shatter to a million pieces when my teachers return my papers after grading. *picks up a piece of chordae tendinae and tries to fix it back to the bicuspid valve*

Sigh, enough of the drama... I'm so tired, and I've still got two more papers left to study for on tuesday. Chemistry Paper 1&2 and Biology Paper 3.

My June holidays seem to be rather attached to hospitals lately. Last year, I spent a part of my June holidays lying in the hospital from a road traffic accident. This year, I'm once again spending this last week of my holidays by my mum's bed in the hospital. Talk about life's odd quirks. I just hope she'd get well soon.

The Mid-Year Examinations loom ominously ahead. Just 5 more days and it's off to the battle grounds and yet, my armour is full of kinks and my weapons are only halfway forged. Nevertheless, I will hack my way through this and pray to emerge relatively unscathed. All right, I gotta return my attention to those chemistry lecture notes lying in front of me. Jia you to all those mugging as well!

The Last Piece

Haha, it's really funny when a bunch of friends share a plate of food and when it comes down to the last piece, everyone stares at it and goes like "Hey, you take lah..." Haha.


On Tuesday, we went out for a class movie outing with Mr. Yeow, our biology tutor. We watched Oceans 13 at the Orchard Cathay. Haha, the show was really brilliant and hilarious at times. Great movie, great actors. XD We had lunch in LJS, which was pretty uneventful except for the Last Piece incident and Sabby trying to fool around with my camera by her random shots. Lol. Unfortunately, Mr. Yeow had to leave after lunch, so the remaining bunch of us decided to play pool. Lol. With about half the class streaming into the pool place, we opened THREE tables and began merrily playing. Gosh, it's been ages since I last played pool. Hahaha, but it was fun!

We played pool for nearly 2 hours. Then Chris, Danson and I left for Queenstown to collect our Class t-shirt. And the rest probably went home or something. Well, it was a pretty great day~! (:

It's been a while, and I've been drifting all these time. Yesterday, I was blog-hopping and I went to Shu Qi's blog, which I have not visited for quite sometime. She'd changed her blogskin and there was a song there that caught my attention as well. Her blogskin was "I'll Worship YOU" and the song was "Here I Am To Worship". And it really struck me hard. What have I been doing all this while?

The Speed of Time

Gee, it's been awhile. Does time ever fly. We have now descended into a period of time much revered by students of all ages - the June holidays. Well, much revered by me, at least. Haha. And in the mere blink of an eye, the first week of my precious holiday is gone. Indeed, time flies during the holidays.

But I've had my share of fun and enjoyment. The SYCO concert last saturday was great! Brings back a wave of nostalgia. I miss CO. I miss playing in an orchestra.
We've finally placed orders for the class t-shirt. It's coming soon, don't worry. Haha.

On Sunday, I finally got my lazy bum off the seat in front of my computer and got down to some studying. It was high time I did that, but somehow I just couldn't find the motivation, will and drive to do so. The A' levels are looming closer with the ticking of each second. That prospect alone scares me. It ought to galvanise me into action. But I feel sluggish. Sigh, time for some self-discipline to come into play. So I'd be off for a rendezvous with my Chem Bonding lecture notes now. Haha.
